Whole Beef Deposit

Our all-natural beef is carefully raised using sustainable ranching methods. Savor the rich flavor and tender texture knowing it's been cultivated with care for both your palate and the planet.

How it works: You reserve a Lee Creek Ranch Whole Beef today with a $850 non-refundable deposit. We hand select your beef from one of our responsibly-raised Hereford cattle. (You can read more about our cattle breed here!) Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($3850). After payment, you have the choice of free shipping* or local pick-up!

A Whole Beef includes: Approximately 400lbs. of our all-natural, premium, sustainably-raised Beef. Whole Beef shares include a selection of cuts, based on availability. Please choose if you'd like bones and organ meat included.

• 160 Ibs Premium Ground Beef in convenient 1 Ib. packages
• 140 Ibs Savory Cuts: roasts, packages of stew meat
• 100 Ibs Steaks: Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Tenderloin.
• Brisket is included!

* Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.

Pricing: Place your Whole Beef deposit today for $850, and then pay the rest ($3850) when your beef is ready. Total amount: $4600 at $11.50/lb.

Freezer Space: This Whole Beef will require approx. 21 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum-sealed and labeled.

Shipping: We will contact you to finalize shipping details or schedule pickup when the balance is paid in full. *Free shipping applies to all states west of the Mississippi river.
